Meet Dr. Susko

My motivation is to be a compassionate advocate for my patients and their families

Dr. Susko is a radiation oncologist who has a clinical interest in central nervous system and occular malignancies, as well as palliative care. He has expertise in modern radiation therapy techniques including stereotactic radiotherapy, radiosurgery, and intensity-modulated radiation therapy. Dr. Susko graduated from UC Davis and recieved his medical degree from Duke Univeresity. During this time he also obtained a masters in global health at UCSF. He completed his internship in medicine at Kaiser Permanente Oakland and his residency in radiation oncology at UCSF. His research interests include improving access to high quality radiation therapy, effective ways to minimize and mitigate unnecessary toxicities, and improved avenues of supportive care for patients.
