Faculty may need to be out of the office sometimes whether it’s for business travel or personal vacation, etc. Each faculty member is responsible for submitting a Faculty Leave Form to your manager, clinic support staff, and Sam Roemer weeks before being out of the office.
If you are a medical provider and are planning to be out of the office, you are responsible for finding coverage for your OTVs, DoD dates, (or both) if applicable. You would then add that information to the leave form and submit to the people mentioned above so the calendars in Outlook and Aria can be adjusted accordingly, and there won’t be any gaps in coverage while you are out.
